What if I have to cancel?

This is hard for us to watch, but still we provide a 6hr window to cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order, you can send us an Email at hello@metashot.in with the order details and we will initiate a refund or call us on +91 9035588225 within the cut off time line. The order cannot be cancelled once it is shipped. Kindly keep in mind that the cut off time will be calculated based on the first instance of contact via Email to hello@metashot.in

What if I want to get a Refund for the product?

We don't have an option to give cash refunds in case you want to return the product. 

What is the warranty policy?

We have a 6 Months warranty on MetaShot bats for technical issues. In case you face any problems please send us an email to hello@metashot.in with all the details. We will get in touch with you for further process. Warranty Does Not Cover Damage due to abuse, accident, tampering or modifications of the unit, failure to follow instructions or warnings in the Owner’s Manual, misuse, mishandling, accident or Acts of God’ Damage due to normal usage and wear and tear. Kindly note, unauthorised tampering with, modifying, or opening the unit will void the warranty.
