Cancellation / Refund Policy

Section 1 – Refund

Unfortunately we Do not provide options for trial and return. We don't provide a cash refund for the product.

However you will receive complete support on technical issues or if the product is not working as intended. We will resolve any technical issues, or product related issues, and we will ensure that you get a replacement for the product if there is an issue that we can't resolve over the phone call from our technical support team.

Section 2 – Replacement 

Please write to us on to request a replacement for a product that arrived damaged. Kindly ensure that the request is raised within 24 hours of receiving the delivery, along with photographs.  Once the request is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have approved or rejected your request. If your request is approved, we will issue a reverse pickup. Once we receive the product at our warehouse we will ship out the replacement unit within 72 Hours.
